Common Login Questions

Having trouble getting in? These are the questions ahh9 players ask most often about the login process.

Use the password recovery option on the login page. You will need access to the email address or Philippine mobile number registered to your account to receive a reset link or OTP. If you no longer have access to either, contact the ahh9 support team at [email protected] with your account details so they can help verify your identity and restore access.

First, check that your mobile phone has signal and that the number registered on your account is still active. OTPs typically arrive within a minute or two. If the message does not arrive, try requesting a new OTP. If you are still not receiving it after multiple attempts, contact support at [email protected] and provide your registered contact details so the team can look into it.

Accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. This is to protect your account from unauthorised access attempts. Wait a short period before trying again, or contact the ahh9 support team at [email protected] to request an account review. Do not try to create a new account — each player may only hold one account at a time.

Yes. The ahh9 platform is designed to work on smartphones and tablets. You can log in using your mobile browser without needing to install anything. For a more optimised mobile experience, check out the App page for details on mobile access options available to Filipino players.

Saving login credentials in a browser is generally safe on your personal device with updated browser security. However, we strongly advise against it on shared, public, or work devices. For your own device, using your browser's built-in password manager is acceptable, but always make sure your device itself is secured with a PIN, fingerprint lock, or equivalent protection.

Head over to the Register page to create your free ahh9 account. You will need a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and a government-issued ID for the KYC verification step. Registration is free and open to Filipino players who are at least 21 years old.
